Employees

Safety is a shared responsibility for all of us. This overview will guide you through training options, procedures for organizing events, and recommendations for handling emergencies. You will also find contacts and tools to help you be prepared and respond appropriately.

Procedures in emergency situations

At the university, we may encounter various emergency situations – from suspicious phone calls or packages, to the presence of unknown persons or vehicles, to verbal or physical aggression.

Here you will find a manual containing general instructions, emergency contacts, recommended communication, and specific procedures for individual types of incidents.

Basic safety information and procedures can also be found on notice boards in university buildings – you can recognize them by their distinctive yellow and black graphics. This information is also available here.

Reporting problems and incidents

Your vigilance helps the entire university. If you notice a problem, suspicious activity, or a security breach, let us know using a simple web form—but only once you are safe and out of danger.

Remember, your priority is to protect yourself first.

Training

The university offers regular training courses on various security topics, which take place continuously throughout the year. You can register for general security training for employees via the LLL Portal.
